Deutsche Hypothekenbank finances a real estate portfolio consisting of two shopping galleries, a shopping and retail park as well as a residential and commercial building complex for the shopping center specialist Eurocommercial Properties France SAS. The financing volume totals € 84 million and is made available over a term of 15 years. The financing will replace an existing loan.
The retail properties are located in the cities of Hyères, Glisy and Chasse-sur-Rhône and consist of 43 to 48 business units each, mainly used by renowned national tenants. The residential and commercial building complex in Grenoble, in addition to offices and shops, also consists of an IBIS hotel of the Accorgroup and stands out especially with its facade in Haussmann style as well as the location directly close to the pedestrian zone.
“France is the second largest shopping center market in Europe whereby, in addition to Paris, the regional metropolises are also in great demand.
