Deutsche Hypo finances the purchase of the “Granite” residential portfolio for a real-estate company managed by the PATRIZIA Group in the Netherlands. The financing volume amounts to € 68.6 million and has a term of ten years.
The strongly diversified portfolio comprises 29 residential properties with a total of 1,275 residential units at 23 locations in the Netherlands. The properties, with a total useful area of 107,744 square metres, are predominantly located in cities such as Amsterdam, Zwolle and Dordrecht.
