The financing volume totals \u20ac 66 million and is made available over a term of four years.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The seven-storey building with a total rental space of around 12,000 square meters is being built in a central location in Berlin&#8217;s Prenzlauer Berg district, about 800 meters north of Alexanderplatz. The Green Building is scheduled for completion in December 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The high demand for space in Berlin continues unabated.
