The term of the loan is five years.<\/p>\n<p>The Goodman Group, based in Sydney, is a leading international owner, developer and manager of logistics and industrial properties with AuM of around 50 billion euros.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This deal is another good example of the successful structuring of a cross-border financing for us,&#8221; explains Georg Richard K\u00f6nig, Deutsche Hypo &#8211; NORD\/LB Real Estate Finance. &#8220;We are pleased that we were able to convince this renowned investor together with ING and add Goodman to our client portfolio.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are very happy to further broaden our global relationship with the Goodman Group by financing this new and sustainable cross-border portfolio in a Green Loan structure\u201d, states Nico Sch\u00f6nemann, Head of Origination for the Real Estate Sector of ING in Germany.<\/p>\n<p>Images of the properties are available for download.
