The financing volume of approximately EUR 18.0 million is split into a property loan and VAT loan.<\/p>\n<p>The property, which was completed in 2018, is a Grade A office building with five upper floors and two basement floors (underground car park), a green inner patio and a 200 square metre roof terrace. The space of almost 11,000 square metres is let to three companies &#8211; the main tenant is State Street Bank International GmbH. BIG is located in the western part of Krakow and has been awarded a BREEAM New Construction Excellent certificate.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are pleased to have gained Eika Asset Management as a customer.
