Deutsche Hypo \u2013 NORD\/LB Real Estate Finance is providing an investment financing for the Infinity building in Wroc\u0142aw to the Alchemy and Avestus Group. The loan amount is 24,030,000 EUR, and the term of the Green Loan financing is five years.<\/p>\n

Completed in 2023, the building is located on the edge of Wroc\u0142aw’s Old Town along one of the major traffic arteries. Its organic shape, featuring rounded corners and a curved indentation, is inspired by a nearby historic building. Spanning seven floors, the property offers nearly 19,000 sqm of office space and approximately 1,500 sqm of retail space. It includes a green rooftop terrace and a three-story basement with 311 parking spaces, 128 bicycle parking spots, as well as changing rooms and showers. The representative lobby features communal areas accessible to all tenants and visitors of the building. This Class A building boasts a BREEAM certification at the Excellent level and a WELL Health Safety designation.<\/p>\n
