The transaction was carried out under the Hines European Property Partners (HEPP) fund. The loan has a term of five years.<\/p>\n<p>Nexus San Fernando comprises four units with a total gross lettable area of 27,000 square meters, 34 loading docks, and extensive maneuvering zones. The property is located in the San Fernando de Henares industrial area, one of the most important logistics hubs in the Corredor del Henares, just 20 kilometers from Madrid city center and 15 kilometers from the airport.
