The loan is being provided to a private investor for the Zilveren Toren office tower, located directly adjacent to Amsterdam Central Station.<\/p>\n<p>The financing consists of two tranches: the first for refinancing an existing loan and the second as a top up facility following the completion of extensive renovations into a future ready office. These upgrades include significant sustainability measures designed to improve the building\u2019s energy performance.<\/p>\n<p>Originally constructed in the early 1990s, Zilveren Toren is currently undergoing a transformation from a traditional office building into a modern, sustainable, and multifunctional workspace. The property offers approximately 5,000 sqm of office space and is set to become a flagship example of sustainable urban development in the heart of Amsterdam.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018\u2019As only 20 % of the supply of offices in Amsterdam is currently Paris Proof, we are delighted to accompany the sustainable transformation of this iconic building with our financing.
