In March 2025, Deutsche Hypo \u2013 NORD\/LB Real Estate Finance had already successfully refinanced the neighboring property Olivia Prime A. With the current transaction, the bank continues to strengthen its consistent market presence in the Polish office sector.<\/p>\n<p>Together, Olivia Prime A and Olivia Prime B offer a total area of around 56,000 m\u00b2 and form part of the architecturally and technologically advanced Olivia Centre office complex. Both buildings are certified with BREEAM Excellent and stand out through high\u2011quality fa\u00e7ade and building technology as well as modern, user\u2011centric interior design.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are pleased to further deepen our long-standing expertise in the Polish market and to once again support a strong local partner.
