The property has an EPC rating of B and benefits from good natural daylight throughout the office floors. The office space is fully let to international law firm Eversheds Sutherland. The NORD\/LB London Branch sublets part of the second floor.<\/p>\n<p><em>One Wood Street<\/em> is located in the City of London, one of the capital\u2019s principal business and financial districts, with excellent public transport connections and close proximity to established office and commercial locations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis financing supports the acquisition of a high\u2011quality office asset in one of London\u2019s most established office markets.
