Deutsche Hypo Office Amsterdam – NORD/LB Real Estate Finance moves into new office building

The Amsterdam branch of Deutsche Hypo – NORD/LB Real Estate Finance is moving to new office premises in Amsterdam today. With its move to the modern Crossover Building at Gelrestraat 30-46 and 48, 1079 MZ, the bank is taking another step towards the future and securing growth.

The new office not only offers a generous area of 245 sqm on the fifth floor, but also modern office equipment that creates space for agile working. Spacious meeting rooms, ample workstations and an open kitchen ensure an inspiring working environment. In addition, 48 parking spaces and 16 charging stations for electric vehicles are available to clients, which underlines the accessibility and sustainability of the location.

“The location is an important factor in continuing to be easily accessible for our clients. At the same time, the new office space offers us enough space for our growing team. Its modern equipment makes it ideal for agile working. We are looking forward to welcoming our clients in the new surroundings!” explains Wouter de Bever, Managing Director of the Amsterdam Office.

The move marks the end of an era in the WTC Tower, where the Deutsche Hypo team had been based since 2007. After a small move within the tower in 2016, the available space was no longer sufficient for the growing portfolio and team. With the new location in the South of Amsterdam, a future-oriented step into the new world of work has now been taken.

The crossover building is not only characterized by its modern architecture, but also meets the highest standards in terms of sustainability and energy efficiency, as evidenced by the BREEAM-NL Outstanding Label and the WELL V2 Core Gold certification.

Deutsche Hypo – NORD/LB Real Estate Finance is looking forward to the new opportunities offered by the location and to continuing its successful cooperation with its clients.
