Deutsche Hypothekenbank is financing the purchase of land and the development of an attractive property in Berlin as the sole lender for SIGNA Development Selection AG. The financing volume totals € 66 million and is made available over a term of four years.
The seven-storey building with a total rental space of around 12,000 square meters is being built in a central location in Berlin’s Prenzlauer Berg district, about 800 meters north of Alexanderplatz. The Green Building is scheduled for completion in December 2021.

The financing property is in an excellent location and has very good public transport connections,” explains Sabine Barthauer, Member of the Board of Managing Directors of Deutsche Hypo. “We are pleased to be able to accompany the SIGNA Group in this interesting project development in Berlin.”
