Deutsche Hypo provides financing for London office asset

Deutsche Hypo – NORD/LB Real Estate Finance has provided Meadow Partners, a real estate investment manager, with financing for the acquisition of One Wood Street, an office property in London.

Completed in 2007, the seven‑storey building comprises three integrated retail units and offers a total area of approximately 184,700 sq ft. The property has an EPC rating of B and benefits from good natural daylight throughout the office floors. The office space is fully let to international law firm Eversheds Sutherland. The NORD/LB London Branch sublets part of the second floor.

One Wood Street is located in the City of London, one of the capital’s principal business and financial districts, with excellent public transport connections and close proximity to established office and commercial locations.
