Deutsche Hypo – NORD/LB Real Estate Finance is providing a EUR 25.5 million financing to a family office for the office building Max & Moore in Amsterdam-Noord.
Max & Moore is located in Buiksloterham, a former industrial area that is being gradually transformed into a mixed-use urban district for living and working. The modern office property comprises approximately 9,800 sqm of office space, spread across two interconnected buildings with around 7,000 sqm (Max) and 2,800 sqm (Moore). The office spaces are flexibly designed: thanks to the building structure, the floors can be freely configured, interconnected or subdivided into smaller units, offering versatile options to meet diverse tenant requirements.
A particular focus is placed on sustainability and user comfort. The building ensemble features extensive green elements, including biodiverse green roofs, green façades and landscaped courtyards, which contribute to improving the microclimate and enhancing occupant well-being. These features are complemented by modern building technology, in particular an advanced ventilation and air treatment system. The project’s high environmental standard is underscored by its BREEAM NL “Excellent” certification.
“Max & Moore combines flexible office space with a convincing sustainability profile and an attractive location for a diverse range of users. We are pleased to further strengthen our presence in the Dutch market with this property,” says Martijn Turenhout, Deutsche Hypo – NORD/LB Real Estate Finance Amsterdam.
