Deutsche Hypo – NORD/LB Real Estate Finance has provided Olivia Seven Sp. z o.o. with a Green Loan for the refinancing of the office property Olivia Prime A, located in the Oliwa district of Gdańsk. The term of the loan is five years.
Olivia Prime A is part of the Olivia Centre, which is the largest office center in Poland, with a total of 175,000 sqm of rental space. Olivia Prime A offers approximately 28,200 sqm of office space across 15 floors and, together with Olivia Prime B, ranks as the third-largest office building in Poland, with a total area of 56,000 m². It is one of only four buildings in Poland featuring fully glazed, ventilated triple glazing, which optimally illuminates the interiors. The well-being of users was a primary consideration in the building’s design: loggias and terraces, along with an interior design inspired by nature and art, create a comfortable atmosphere, as reflected in the WELL certification of Olivia Prime A. The fulfillment of sustainability criteria is evidenced by its BREEAM Excellent certification.
