Deutsche Hypo – NORD/LB Real Estate Finance has successfully completed the refinancing of an existing loan secured by one of France’s most iconic properties.
The client’s financed asset is the landmark property located at 97/99 Avenue des Champs-Élysées in Paris’s 8th arrondissement, comprising the renowned restaurant Le Fouquet’s, a long-established and internationally recognised institution of Parisian gastronomy and cultural life, together with part of the Hôtel Barrière Le Fouquet’s Paris, which recently received the French Ministry of Tourism’s “Palace” distinction, as well as a complementary retail unit.
The new financing fully refinances an existing NORD/LB loan and underlines the continuity and reliability of the longstanding client relationship.
